Strive towards cultivating more and more positive qualities in the mind. Observe your own mind and remove all negative characteristics like hypocrisy, jealousy, material desires, deceit etc. As the mind purifies 'what is real and what is not real will become crystal clear'.
Whatever you see is not real. That which is 'adrshya' (invisible) is the only reality (spirit). Identify more and more with this invisible Spirit.
